Mandy didn’t just step into Intertalent - she grew up in it.
Intertalent was founded in 1979 by her mother, Noelene Loukes, a respected pioneer in the industry, and the agency quickly became known for its professionalism and the calibre of talent it represented. Years later, Mandy took the reins, carrying forward what her mother built while shaping Intertalent for a new era.
Since then, she has grown the agency into one of South Africa’s most trusted voice agencies, representing a diverse roster of professional voice-over artists across all major South African languages and accents, as well as talent overseas. Still deeply hands-on, Mandy works closely with both clients and artists - nurturing new voices, supporting established performers, and helping brands find the perfect voice to bring their message to life.
And when it comes to the business side, Mandy is famously sharp - the queen of rates, with an instinctive understanding of what to charge across different mediums, usage types, and campaigns, ensuring talent is valued fairly and clients get exactly what they need.
He is a Parktown Old Boy (Class of 2011) and he brings that same energy into everything he does at Intertalent.
As Junior Director at Intertalent South Africa, Rob is part of the agency’s third-generation story as the son of Mandy. But this isn’t a “name on the door” situation - Rob is hands-on and fully in the mix. He helps keep the day-to-day running, manages bookings, handles client communication, and oversees key admin and accounts processes that keep everything moving smoothly.
He’s also involved in marketing and improving internal systems, helping Intertalent stay sharp, modern, and moving forward — while keeping the agency’s signature professionalism exactly where it should be.
Kayla plays a key supporting role at Intertalent South Africa, helping keep daily operations on track while maintaining a strong and consistent digital presence.
Working alongside her mother-in-law, Mandy, and her husband, Rob, Kayla is deeply involved in the day-to-day running of the agency, handling just about everything except the accounting. She supports operations, client communication, and internal administration, while also leading Intertalent’s digital presence - managing social media, shaping the brand, and designing the agency’s website.
If Intertalent had a “make it look good” button, Kayla is it.
Noelene is the woman who started it all.
In 1979, at a time when the industry looked very different, Noelene founded Intertalent and quickly established it as a trusted name in South African talent representation. With sharp instincts, high standards, and a deep respect for the craft, she built the agency’s reputation on professionalism, integrity, and the belief that the right voice could change everything.
She is a true pioneer - not only creating opportunities for performers, but helping shape the voice-over industry into what it is today. Her legacy lives on in Intertalent’s values, its reputation, and in the generations that have carried her vision forward.
Now retired, Noelene is living her best life in Plettenberg Bay - still proudly part of the Intertalent story, just with a little more sunshine and beach, and a lot less admin.
